Academic Collaboration between PSUT and University of Rouen, France
As part of PSUT’s ongoing efforts to nurture and improve its academic and research programs, Professor Abdullah Al-Zoubi, Vice President for International Relations,held a series of meetings with the top academic officials from the University of Rouen, France. During the meetings, the focus was on student exchange programs and joint supervision of PhD theses in Computer Science and Information Technology.
During his visit to the University of Rouen, Professor Al-Zoubi presented an introduction to Princess Sumaya University for Technology and its outstanding efforts in the advancement of the communications technology and IT sectors in Jordan. The University strives to supply these sectors with graduates who are highly-qualified, both theoretically and technically, as well as being refined individuals on the personal and cultural level. PSUT graduates possess the knowledge, skills and capabilities to qualify them to seek employment anywhere in the world.
Professor Al-Zoubi indicated the pivotal role played by HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, Chair of the Board of Trustees, in elevating PSUT to its current high standing. Her Royal Highness has helped the University to make a succession of accomplishments despite limited resources and the fact that PSUT is entirely self-sufficient, academically, financially and administratively.
