Dual-degree Master of Science in Accounting Program The Master of Science in Accounting is designed to prepare students for careers in professional accounting and consulting with advanced training in financial and managerial accounting, taxation, ethics and communication. The two-year program also prepares students for licensing as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Program Requirements: • Completion of a four-year Bachelor degree with Minimum GPA of 3.0 • An acceptable GMAT score, or waiver based on GPA, relevant experience and interview requirements • A score of 7 on the IELTS, with no section below 6, or 79 on the TOEFL; or endorsement by the UA Center for English as a Second Language (CESL). Tuition costs for the program total $30,000, with scholarship opportunity of $5,000 for cohort 1 students. Dual-degree Master of Science in Engineering Management Program The Master of Science in Engineering Management is a focused, practical program designed to help established professionals learn to lead the business side of engineering. In the two-year program, MSEM students will gain fundamental leadership and business administration skills that can be applied directly to engineering projects. Program Requirements: • Graduated from an accredited engineering bachelor’s program or a degree in a related discipline • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in previous academic coursework • A score of 7 on the IELTS with no section below 6 or 79 on the TOEFL; or endorsement by the UA Center for English as a Second Language (CESL). Tuition costs for the program total $30,000, with scholarship opportunity of $5,000 for cohort 1 students.
