Functions of the Administrative Department:

  • Follow up on all matters related to personnel affairs and keep their files.
  • Follow up on all matters related to health insurance for university employees or after service.
  • Follow up on all matters related to salaries and social security.
  • Follow up on all matters related to appointments for new employees from the academic and administrative employees.
  • Follow-up on all matters related to the development of employees from training courses.
  • Follow up on all matters related to performance management and incentives.
  • Providing the university with all support services related to movement.
  • Providing the university with all the services related to university security
  • Follow-up maintenance and public services and cleaning.
  • Follow-up of the planting work and the coordination and preservation of trees.
