Princess Sumaya University for Technology’s King Talal School of Business Technology has been invited to join the Global Business School Network (GBSN), making it the first business school in Jordan to receive this invitation. Several distinguished international business schools have membership, including 8 colleges from the MENA region.

PSUT’s Acting President, Prof. Wejdan Abu Elhaija, described the invitation as the fruit of the School’s unique local and international achievements, and a reflection of its academic reputation and practical record. She indicated PSUT’s tireless pursuit to enter the ranks of the most prestigious international universities.

Dr. George Sammour, Dean of KTSBT, said what an important step this was for the School’s future progress, indicating how the GBSN strengthens relations between its member colleges. This membership will also yield training opportunities for students and scholarships at the postgraduate levels.

The network provides experiential education programs through competitions and international trips to increase students' knowledge and skills relevant to international development and emerging economies. It also promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration in the broader education and business development communities.

Last year, The Education Magazine listed PSUT’s School of Business Technology among the top 10 business schools in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of graduates’ employability and readiness to engage in the labor market. It is also the only business school in Jordan to obtain accreditation from the American Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
