Biography:
My educational background is in the field of computer science and engineering. My experience is in the fields of data analysis, machine learning, statistics, and their diverse applications in industry, business, and medicine sectors. I received my Ph.D. in 2013 at Luleå University of Technology, Department of Engineering Sciences and Mathematics, Sweden. I received a M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering (Intelligent Systems) in 2007 from Halmstad University, Sweden, and another M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from Linnaeus University, Sweden in 2009.
My scientific work is associated to the topics of managing and analysing data from various applications. I had investigated the use of data stream mining (DSM) and data stream management systems (DSMS) to address the problem of searching the ever-increasing amount of industrial data. With the purpose of supporting increased availability of industrial products, my research works involved the use of the DSM and DSMS tools to control, manage and search data streams, as close to real-time as possible, without the need to store the data itself.
During my work at Uppsala University (UU), Sweden, I had been involved in several projects in collaboration with the Pharmacy department at UU. The projects involved the development of computational modelling through the classification and clustering of pharmaceutical data and prediction of vital parameters for drug development.
Beside my academicals work, I worked as a senior data scientist at different business and consultant companies in Sweden. I got the opportunity to analyse various sources of business data, such as banking, electrical, telecom, and igaming companies to develop AI-based products and help companies make better business decisions and provide recommendations based on the analyses results.
