Biography:
Dr. Majd has completed his PhD in Marketing and Retailing from Loughborough University, UK. He was awarded a full studentship to complete his PhD. Prior to joining PSUT, Dr. Majd has worked as a University Teacher at Loughborough University, UK. Similarly, he has industrial experience, working as a junior engineer and operations manager for two companies prior to starting the PhD programme. Dr. Majd was also involved in several collaborative projects with various companies such as Cisco and Diamonds Private Free Zone.
Qualifications:
Dr. Majd holds a PhD in Digital Marketing and Retailing, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management with focus on innovation and family firms, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering Management) Loughborough University, UK.
In terms of professional qualifications, Dr. Majd is a fellow of the UK Higher Education and a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. He is also a certified Omnichannel marketing advisor accredited by MediaMath.
Memberships:
Majd is an Incorporated Engineer and a member of Jordanian Engineers Association. He is also a member of Marketing and Retailing group and the Centre for Service Management in the School of Business and Economics.
