The PhD program in computer science was established in 2015/2016 academic year to contribute to achieving the mission of Princess Sumaya University for Technology in research and development of study programs, in addition to developing new programs based on the integration between technical and theoretical aspects within the field of computer science.
The main objective of the program is the preparation of PhD holders that are highly qualified as academics and researchers in the field of Computer Science and related areas. As a result, the study plan was designed to be consisting of 54 credit hours were different courses are offered to cover various areas within the field of computer science.
