About KTSBT

In response to a decree by HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, the Chair of PSUT's Board of Trustees, the King Talal School of Business Technology (KTSBT) was established in 2006 to offer non-traditional, specialized programs that focus on the requirements of all modern technological fields. KTSBT’s programs adhere to international, academic, industrial, and economic criteria, which make them compatible with those taught at the most reputable business schools in the world. KTSBT works hard to prepare the students for their prominent, future leadership roles in academia and administration and, hence, to prepare them for the job market in Jordan and the region. Our mission is to graduate highly qualified students who are competitive and skilled in the field of business technology.

At the undergraduate level, (KTSBT) provides academic programs in the following majors:

  • Business Information Technology
  • Business Administration
  • Accounting
  • e-Marketing and Social Media

The School also offers Master’s programs in Business Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, e-Marketing & Social Media, Financial Technology & Accounting Analytics, and Supply Chain Management & Logistics Technology. The School currently hosts more than 2000 students supervised by 60 faculty members from all academic ranks and graduates of prestigious universities worldwide.

KTSBT has signed a number of cooperation agreements for shared programs with worldwide universities, such as Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, which offers a Master's degree in European Studies.

Similarly, KTSBT cooperates with Hasselt University in Belgium in offering Master’s programs in both Management Information Systems and International Marketing Strategies. In addition, it signed a cooperation agreement with universities in the United States: the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Oakland University, and the University of Arizona.

Finally, KTSBT is notably the first business school in Jordan to obtain the AACSB international accreditation membership, hence making PSUT one of the 5% of the world's universities that are accredited by AACSB. PSUT is also one of the 2% of the world's universities outside the USA which have obtained this outstanding accreditation. PSUT worked consistently for six dedicated years to be eligible for this accreditation. The Education Magazine recently recognized the school as being among the 10 Most Recommended APAC Business Schools to Watch in 2022.
