In alignment with the vision of Her Highness Princess Sumaya bint Hasan, Chair of the University’s Board of Trustees, to fulfill the university’s mission and goals—specifically, to enhance students' academic and professional performance to meet market demands—the National Qualifications Framework has emerged as a clear roadmap. This framework assists the university in implementing standards that align with both local and global needs. The significance of the Jordanian National Qualifications Framework lies in bridging the gap between the outputs of educational and training institutions and the skills, knowledge, and competencies required by the labor market. The framework focuses on skills, knowledge, and competencies to ensure quality educational outcomes and provide distinguished education with high-quality outputs across ten levels, starting from pre-school education and extending to doctoral degrees.
The five standards and requirements of the framework—namely: the needs and justifications for offering qualifications, qualification design, assessment suitability, entry, progression, and transition, and qualification alignment with framework requirements—are all designed to align with the specificities of local, regional, and global education systems. This is in line with the royal vision for developing and enhancing human resources, as translated through the National Human Resource Development Strategy.
After the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission approved the inclusion of the university within the National Qualifications Framework, it confirmed that the university is distinguished by its ability to measure program and student performance according to the framework's specifications in the same way it measures compliance with local and international accreditation requirements.

Qualification Placement in the National Framework
The university is currently working on submitting qualification placement requests for all offered disciplines. This process involves examining the alignment of the national qualifications awarded by the university with the descriptors of levels, qualification types, and categories. This underscores the importance of linking course learning outcomes with the learning outcomes of the academic program and periodically measuring them to meet the required descriptors of the qualification and the needs of the labor market.
