PSUT Portal As part of the admission requirements at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), all applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the approved tests (IELTS or TOEFL), or by enrolling in the English language preparatory program at PSUT.

Only results from these centers are officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
2- English Language Preparatory Program at PSUT:
- Applicants who do not provide the required IELTS or TOEFL score may enroll in the English language preparatory program in the first semster (6 credit hours) and must successfully complete it with a minimum grade of 75%.
- Students who enroll in this program will not be eligible to apply for the scholarship until they complete the program.
- EMBA students are not allowed to take this program and must submit a valid IELTS or TOEFL score.
