The Deanship of Student Affairs is distinguished from the remainder of the university's faculties by its extracurricular character, as it is the hub for students' extracurricular creativity and the place where students can practice a whole range of activities.

The Deanship of Student Affairs forms the vital artery of the student body in terms of looking after student affairs, monitoring their issues, and helping to solve all their problems. It provides many services that the student needs throughout the period of his university studies.

It also provides students with everything necessary to practice various activities in the cultural, sports, social and arts fields that will refine their characters, showcase their creative energies, develop their skills, and prepare them to engage in public work and enter into active participation in the post-graduation stage. The Deanship is continuously seeking to expand the base of student participation in extracurricular activities. The Deanship is also responsible for organizing many national, religious, and cultural events such as celebrating the anniversary of the Battle of Karameh, the university's Culture Week, the International Students Festival, and the Open Day, among others.

The Deanship focuses on encouraging students to be effective members of the university and society by encouraging them to offer suggestions that benefit the students’ interests and serve the desired goal of establishing the university, which aims to graduate a distinguished and creative generation that contributes to the development of the community by coming up with innovations to enrich science and knowledge.
