Dr. Dalia Al-Eisawi and her research team from the Department of Business Information Technology at King Talal School of Business Technology won the award for the best analytical research paper at the master’s level during the 2024 Student Game Competition. Their paper, titled “Towards Enhancing Sustainability in Clean-Water-Sanitation Using Data Analytics and Visualization Dashboards,” was a result of their studies in the Sustainability and Information Technology course. The competition, organized by the International Society of Automation and Aramco, covers Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
The research team, comprising master's students Ghada Qatarneh (Engineering Management), Maha Al-Sharaf, and Saba Qashou (Business Analytics).
Dr. George Sammour, the Dean of the school, underscored the importance of collaborative efforts among faculty, staff, and students, emphasizing the application of international standards in business technology to sustain the university's path of excellence and develop students’ skills to keep pace with market challenges.
