Jordan Kuwait Bank signed a partnership agreement with Princess Sumaya University for Technology to set up a Security Operations Center at the university. The goal is to equip young Jordanians with the technical and scientific skills they need to keep up with fast changes in this important field and prepare them to lead and compete in the region and the world.

He added that the center reflects the shared vision of the bank and Princess Sumaya University for Technology to train experts who can protect cyberspace and support Jordan’s growth.

Princess Sumaya University for Technology President, Prof. Wejdan Abu Elhaija, praised the partnership with Jordan Kuwait Bank, saying it reflects the university’s vision to improve knowledge in cybersecurity and support technical innovation and research.

She explained that creating this center is an important step to help students gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in this advanced field. The company also reaffirmed its support for national efforts to boost cybersecurity skills and prepare young Jordanians to lead in this field.

Hayyan Horizon company announced its support for the center, saying it believes that empowering the next generation is key to securing the future.
