Princess Sumaya University for Technology, represented by its President Prof. Wejdan Abu Elhaija, and the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JODDB), represented by its CEO Brigadier General Eng. Ayman AlBatran, have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen partnerships and expand cooperation in applied scientific and manufacturing research, as well as in advanced technological development.
This collaboration covers various future technologies, including cybersecurity, cryptography, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other fields of contemporary and engineering technologies. Its goal is to align efforts between academia and industry, utilizing technology in scientific research and engineering manufacturing.
Prof. Abu Elhaija, President of the University, expressed pride in the partnership, highlighting its role in fostering cooperation between academia, research institutions, and innovation hubs. She emphasized the university’s commitment to promoting innovation and creating an environment that encourages excellence in scientific and research fields, strengthening the partnership with a distinguished institution like JODDB.
