The workshop covered the principles of knowledge management and total quality management, as well as explaining the obstacles to their implementation in higher education institutions and their impact on performance at the university. This workshop provided participants with the necessary knowledge to understand the principles of knowledge management and total quality management.
The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center conducted a training workshop titled "Process Management and Development" on Thursday, May 29, 2024, for internal auditors and liaison officers. During the workshop, the Quality Assurance Officer from the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, Engineer Baraa Qasrawi, explained the process of operations management and identified areas for improvement and development. The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center organized a lecture on Organizational Excellence in celebration of World Quality Day on Thursday, November 9, 2023. The lecture was attended by several faculty members, students, Quality Ambassadors, and quality Liaison officers. lecture was delivered by His Excellency Dr. Khalif Al-Khawaldeh, former Minister of Public Sector Development. He spoke about the mechanism of achieving organizational excellence, explaining the importance of management through indicators, flexible systems, instructions, organizational structure, and the proper utilization of necessary resources to achieve sustainable organizational excellence.
The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, in collaboration with the Dean of Student Affairs, held a meeting with the Quality Ambassadors among the nominated students as part of the Quality Ambassadors Initiative on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
