The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center (QAAC) played a pivotal role in the development of the University Policies Manual, an encompassing document that outlines a range of policies, including those related to quality management. By spearheading this initiative, QAAC ensured that a comprehensive framework was established to govern and uphold high standards of quality across the university. The University Policies Manual serves as a guiding resource for faculty, staff, and administrators, promoting a culture of excellence and providing clear guidelines for the implementation of effective quality management practices.

Quality Management Policy 

The policy signifies a resolute dedication to fostering a robust quality system that aligns with the university's vision and objectives. It reflects the university's steadfast commitment to instilling a culture of quality across all aspects of its operations, encompassing academic pursuits, research endeavors, and administrative processes. By emphasizing the pursuit of continuous improvement, the university strives to enhance its educational offerings, advance research endeavors, and optimize administrative efficiency. Quality Procedures

The QAAC is dedicated to the establishment of a robust Quality Management System (QMS). As part of this ongoing effort, collaborative work is underway between the QAAC, administrative units, and academic Schools to develop the comprehensive Quality Procedures Manual. Drawing upon the university's regulations and quality assurance standards, these procedures are meticulously crafted to ensure adherence to the highest quality benchmarks. Each procedure is thoughtfully presented with a visual flow chart and accompanied by relevant forms, reinforcing clarity and ease of implementation. Additionally, a unique code is assigned to each procedure to effectively manage and control the associated documents, fostering efficient documentation and streamlined processes. Through these systematic efforts, the QAAC aims to cultivate a culture of quality and excellence across the university.

 Procedures Manuals Internal auditing

The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center has conducted the internal auditing process for the  Procedures Manuals, conducting multiple audit cycles to enhance academic and administrative processes with the collaboration with internal auditors.This collaboration with internal auditors ensures the improvement efforts' effectiveness and objectivity.
