PSUT Portal The QS Stars Rating is a system that serves to assess the performance of universities around the world. It was developed by the QS Intelligence Unit in 2010, and it provides more in-depth and accurate assessments by adopting a set of criteria including teaching and scientific research, employment at the university, social responsibility, the standard of universality and comprehensiveness, and facilities that reflect the quality of services, as well as the facilities available to students, and the standard of community service.
