For the second time in a row, King Talal School of Business Technology at Princess Sumaya University for Technology has been recognized by The Education Magazine as one of the top ten business schools in the Asia-Pacific region for the year 2023. This acknowledgment is attributed to providing outstanding business education with innovative curricula.
The President of PSUT, Prof. Wejdan Abu Elhaija, expressed her pride in the accomplishments of King Talal School of Business Technology. She also commended the school for its continuous efforts to improve the academic and knowledge fields, with the ultimate goal of achieving excellence among business schools in Jordan, the region and the world, as well as fulfilling its mission of graduating academically qualified students who can compete, acquire skills, and meet the evolving needs of the labor market and career development that the world is witnessing.
Dr. George Sammour, the school's dean, emphasized the importance of keeping up with the ever-changing business environment and career paths, stating that the key to future success is a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business environment, including leadership skills, entrepreneurship, business analytics, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. He also stated that the school is committed to offering innovative programs that align with the latest changes and developments in the labor market.
It is noteworthy that, the school has obtained AACSB international accreditation, making it one of 5% of the world's universities and 2% of the world's universities outside of the United States of America, as well as the first Jordanian university to obtain this accreditation. Furthermore, the school has also been accredited by the CIM for its E-Marketing and Social Media program.
