Princess Sumaya University for Technology Signs a Cooperation Agreement with “Menaitech” Software Services Company

Princess Sumaya University for Technology and “Menaitech” Software Services Company have signed a Cooperation Agreement. The Agreement aims to offer applied training services that enhance skills in fundamental human resources operations. The focus is on professional and individual development through acquiring knowledge in the field of human resources technology and its systems. The collaboration also includes training programs in human capital management and its systems.
The agreement was officially signed by Prof. Wejdan Abu Elhaija, the President of PSUT, and Dr. Bashar Hawamdeh, the CEO of Menaitech. The signing of the MoU took place in the the presence Prof. Bassam Hammo, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. George Samour, the Dean of King Talal School of Business Technology, Dr. Mohammad Al Omari, the Deputy Dean, and Dr. Rami Al-Zabdiyeh, the Assistant Dean. From the company's side, the signing was attended by Ronzi Masarwa, the Chief Operating Officer, Amal Tahboub, the Business Development Manager for Training, and Rami Momani, the Learning and Development Manager.
Prof. Abu Elhaija valued this partnership, as it enhances efficiency and productivity through the automation and integration provided by the utilized software. The software reduces time spent on routine tasks. This helps employees focus on more valuable tasks. Consequently, employees can allocate their efforts towards more valuable responsibilities, resulting in improving data and reports accuracy. Additionally, it supports strategic planning for human resources, resulting in overall benefits for the organization.
Dr. Hawamdeh expressed his delight regarding the cooperation with a distinguished academic institution on both regional and global levels. He emphasized offering practical training on the company's human resources system, utilizing university laboratories and online platforms, in line with the curriculum of the Human Resources course for Business Administration students. Additionally, professionals in the training and development field, renowned for their expertise, will lead the execution of training plans and programs.
