The event was organized by the Deanship of Admissions and Registration and saw the participation of 30 public and private schools, with the aim of furthering the University’s social responsibility values and objectives.
After reviewing PSUT's programs, activities, and areas of excellence locally and globally, Al-Refai said that the University, under the guidance of HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, Chair of its Board of Trustees, seeks to implement the idea of a university open to wider society, and for this it was keen to extend bridges of cooperation with its institutions, especially educational ones.
Al-Refai pointed out, in the presence of the Vice Presidents, the Dean of Student Affairs and the Dean of Admissions and Registration, that PSUT is fully prepared to provide support and assistance in terms of training, qualification and consultancy, and to hold specialized courses in cyber and network security, and to sponsor and nurture talented students, especially in the technological and programming fields.
The Dean of Admissions and Registration, Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Al-Saidi, stated that PSUT continues to hold the forum in appreciation of the level of relations with the participating schools. The event serves to embody the University’s goals as a pioneer in its field, and seeks to achieve integration in the trend towards specializations and admissions for students after they complete their secondary education.
The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Rami Salem, welcomed all aspects of cooperation in extracurricular sports, artistic and cultural activities, expressing the deanship's readiness to provide all forms of nurturing support and assistance to the outstanding students from these schools.
