SOC Lab Supervisor

Mohammad Riyad Qasaymeh is a Cybersecurity Specialist and SOC Lab Supervisor at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). He earned his B.Sc. in Cybersecurity from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2025, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List. His experience brings together SOC operations, security monitoring, log analysis, network traffic investigation, and infrastructure support across various OSes, Firewalls, software. He has earned several certifications and completed training programs, including CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA PenTest+, and Blue Team Analyst. In his current role, works on building practical SOC lab environments that help students connect cybersecurity concepts with real-world operations. He supports hands-on training in threat detection, defensive security, network security, and security operations, with a focus on making technical topics clear, practical, and useful. His interests include SOC, cybersecurity operations, network security, and he remains committed to continuous learning, research, and professional growth.
