Admission requirements:
- Being accepted into the Computer Science program at PSUT.
- Cumulative percentage in PSUT courses is at least 75% (not lower than 68% in each course).
- Obtaining a TOEFL/IELTS English language proficiency certificate.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 at IU in order to graduate.
- Every semester, the student requests a transcript from IU and submits it to PSUT's Deanship of Admissions and Registration to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from PSUT as well as from IU.
Approximate cost:
- In-state fees (resident fees) apply to PSUT students. Check here for updated prices.
- Students pay a flat-fee for tuition, which enables them to enroll in 12 to 18 credit hours per semester. Most classes are 3 credit hours.
- Most degree programs require, on average, an enrollment in 15.5 credit hours per semester to graduate in the traditional eight semesters.
In terms of cost, you’ll be paying around $6,000-7,000 per semester for tuition fees. The rest of the costs will be living expenses which depend on your personal budget.
Students are not required to live in the dorms as you are not freshmen. You can live in a dorm (either shared or by yourself) which will include a meal plan. It is advised to look for an apartment from the rental offices in Bloomington rather than living in a dorm to save cost.
There are many jobs on campus that students can apply to them through a portal once enrolled at IU.
There aren’t any major hidden costs.
Important Note: Upon completing and submitting your online application form on IU's website, you must register using this link and then email us your IU application number at int.rel.off@psut.edu.jo immediately so we can inform the team at IU of your arrival.
