Dr. Sahar AlEid

Lecturer

Dr. Sahar Aleid is a distinguished mathematics educator with over 30 years of experience across various educational streams and specializing in courses for engineering and computer science. She earned her bachelor’s degree (1990) and master’s degree with distinction (1993) in Mathematics from Jordan University, followed by a PhD with honors in Mathematics from the University of Almeria, Spain, in 2017. She served as a full-time lecturer at Princess Sumaya for Technology from 2002 to 2014, where she was honored with the Best Teacher Award in 2011 for her excellence in fostering teacher collaboration, assessing student progress, and enhancing instructional strategies. In March 2024, Dr. Aleid rejoined Princess Sumaya University for Technology and currently serves as a full-time lecturer in the Department of Basic Sciences at King Abdullah II School of Engineering. Her current research interest is in Graph Theory.
